He was predeceased by: his grandchild Ched Oliver; his parents, Glenn Kocher and Frances Kocher; and his stepmother Theresa. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kocher (Walter); his children, Karen Belzile (Ernest), Kevin and Kathleen Oliver (Brian); his grandchildren, Shelby Kocher, Tyler, Victoria Belzile, Aurelia, Portia and Atticus Oliver; his siblings, Barbara Astri (Paul), Christine (Keith Rose), Charles (Lydia), David (Darlene), Deborah Maue (Gilbert) and Cynthia Krolick; and his stepsiblings, John Bicheler (Kitty), Thomas Bicheler (Judy) and Linda Nelson (Mark).
