She is survived by: her husband Jay Michael Smith; her children, Jay Michael Smith Jr. (Alexandra), Kyle Vincent Smith and Brianna Marie Smith; her siblings, Michelle Smith (James) and Cecily Lehman; and her mother-in-law Eleanor.
