He was predeceased by: his parent MaryEllen Blocher. He is survived by: his parent James F. Blocher, Sr.; his siblings, Kathleen DeGroot (Wayne Kummer), James F. Blocher, Jr. (Sally Crean) and Margaret Janes (Peter); and his nieces and nephews, Felicia of Melisa, James III, Erin, Gabrielle and Henry. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
