He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Norgren and Ethel Derkacz Norgren; and his brother Ronald Norgren. He is survived by: his sister Beth Black (Kent) of Statesville, NC; his sister-in-law Gay Norgren of Alden, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Jody Williams (Darren), Michelle Wissert (Timothy), Krista Scholeno (Mark), Leslie Black, Andrew Norgren and William Black.
