She was predeceased by: her husband David Adamczak. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne (Annette), Trudi, Brett (Michele) and Scott Adamczak (Christine); and her siblings, Raymond Burkard and Kathleen Pirro (Alfonso). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
