He was predeceased by: his mother Carol McCormick; his grandparents, Leo, Veronica McCormick, Joseph and Beatrice Sliva; and his uncle Earl McCormick (Shirley).
He is survived by: his father Harry McCormick; his sister Shari Anger (William); his nephew Joseph; his niece Bridget Anger; his great-niece Anne Marie Anger; and his aunts and uncles, Ronald, Carolyn McCormick, Irene Ellis (late Bernard), George, Maureen McCormick, Daniel, Sandy McCormick, Robert McCormick (Sandra), John McCormick (late Marilyn), Donald McCormick, Barbara, Warren Browne, Francine, Harry Mapes, Joseph Sliva (Roberta) and Theodore Sliva.
