He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Sievenpiper; his son Mark Sievenpiper; and his brother Donald Sievenpiper (Joan). He is survived by: his children, Todd (Cheri) and Aric (Jill); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Elyse, Molly, Jennifer, Heather and David. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
