He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Lewis (Keizer); his children, Rick Lewis (Rebecca Flanders) and Ryan Lewis (Amanda); his mother Lois Lewis; his brothers, Larry Lewis (Betty) and Johnny Lewis; his mother-in-law Dorothy; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Caccamise (late Linda), Marilyn Grinnell (David), Jack Caccamise (Carrie) and Kathy Trigilio (late Joe). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
