We bid farewell to Georgeann Bartosik of Alden, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 12, 2024 at the age of 78. Georgeann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband James Bartosik Sr.; her daughters, Denise Dabb (William) and Susan Bartosik; and her parents, Charles Nelson and Virginia Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, James Jr. Bartosik (Lisa Martin), Karen Dugas (Edward), Tara Gabbey (Robert) and Bryan Bartosik (Chauntel); and her siblings, Virginia Becker (Donald), Carol Harlach and Thomas Nelson (Carol). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home (13228 Broadway, Alden, NY 14004). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's RC Church (2021 Sandridge Rd, Alden, NY 14004).
