He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Karneth-Payne (Schilling); his children, Frank Wagoner, Tina Payne, Chris Payne, Cheryl Payne, Heather Freeman (Joe) and Daron Karneth (Katie Treusdelle); and his siblings, Billie Jean Stocz, Gloria Condida and Robert Payne. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
