He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lee Booker; his parents, Arthur Booker and Ann Booker; and his siblings, Florence John, George Booker and Bernice Farmer.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Booker (Lorraine), Barbara Jo Forant (late Keith), Frank J. Jr. Booker (Patti) and Brenda White (Troy); his stepdaughter Donna; and his pets, Bucky and Hank. He is also survived by grandfather AKA "Papa Smurf" of 13 grandchildren, as well as many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
