He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Carter; his parents, William Carter and Ethel Carter; and his siblings, Hilda Legasse (late Raymond), Edwin Carter (late Betty), Loyal Carter (late Noelia), Lenet King (late Francis), Leon Carter (late Rita) and Elger Carter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Hollander (Gregory) and Lisa Reiter (Robert); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wrest (Daniel), Benjamin Hollander (Lisa), Jacob Hollander (Patricia) and Anthony Reiter (Katie); his great grandchildren, Walker, Gregory, Lydia Wrest, A'ine and Carter Hollander; and his sisters, Luella Germain (late Harold) and Darlene LaBombard (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
