She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Osucha; her daughter Catherine Thomas (Joseph); her granddaughter Kimberly Osucha; and her sister Connie Strzelczyk. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Jr. (Coreen), David (Julie), Frank (Sherri) and James Osucha; and her siblings, Shirley Strzelczyk and Phyllis Reczak. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Church.
