He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Duermyer; and his siblings, Louise Reimer (late Ted), Florence Beutler (late Kenny) and James Duermyer. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Heusinger (David Ryba) and Edwin Duermyer (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Douglas Heusinger (Kelly), Michael Heusinger (Janine), Tonya Holscher (Kyle), Stephanie Blackwell (Brandon), Nicholas Heusinger (Allison) and Denayah Duermyer; and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Brianna, Tyler, Dominik, Tiana, Vincenzo, Gionni, Aubree, Brooklyn, Levi and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
