Fiorentino; his siblings, Cristin Chadwick (Robert), David Babcock (Laura), Brooke Zybczynski (DJ), Jim Fiorentino (Heather) and Grant Ihrig; his nieces and nephews, Weston and Layla; his grandmothers, Betty and Arline McQueen; and his aunts and uncles, Maureen Turchiarelli, Francis McQueen (Diane), Shawn McQueen (Nicholas Cione), Robert Babcock (Kathy), Joann Babcock, Donald Babcock, II (late Deborah) and Susan Caton (Dwayne).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Horizon Health Services in memory of Christopher.
