He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Fix; and his brother Robert Fix (Karen). He is survived by: his children, Kathy Leffel, Bernard "Beaver" Fix (Linda), Lori Campbell (James) and Thomas Fix (Pamela); his grandchildren, Matthew Warchocki (Danielle), Nathan Fix (Kayte), Stefanie Ogunwumiju (J. D.), Kira Michaw (Scott), Thomas and Ryan Fix; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Blake, Balin, Marina, Nathan, Violetta and Waylon; and his siblings, Daniel Fix (Joan), Ruth Borden and Paul Fix (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
