He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan Kozak, and Alexander Kozak, Sr.; and his siblings, Barbara Johnson (late William), Robert Kozak (late Deborah), John Kozak (JoAnn) and David Kozak. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
