She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Owczarzak and Tessie Owczarzak (Wypych); and her brother Jerome Owczarzak. She is survived by: her husband Neil T. Zuppa; her children, Stephen Zuppa (Suzanne), Jay Zuppa (Shelly), Hannah, Isabel and Addison Zuppa; and her brothers, Daniel (Mary Jane) and Gregory (Hedy).

Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation or St. Maximilian Kolbe Church.
