He was predeceased by: his father Eugene; his son James; his siblings, Eugene Rowles, Eunice Petty, Doris Ezell and Kay Snyder; and his son-in-law Mike Gregori.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, David Fischer of Kent, William Rowles (Mariette), Donna Kovacs (Steven) of Parish and Lynette Gregori (David Gay) of Elba; and his siblings, Robert Rowles of Victor, Fay Rowles, Barbara Rodas of Hamlin and Sara Gunderson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
