He is survived by: his children, William E Starken (Aleisha), Sheila Bucholtz (Andrew) and Kimberly Starken (Kai Clark); his grandchildren, Garrett Starken, Brittany Ozzimo and Samantha Bucholtz; his sister Nancy Starken; and his close friend Larry Boyce.
