He is survived by: his children, Thomas Barr Jr. (Carolyn), John Barr (Daniel Johnston), Kim Frame (Jeffrey), Cheryl White (Matthew), Steven Barr (Darlene) and Susan Flanagan (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Michael Barr (Lisa), AJ Barr, Victoria Barr-Zittel (Kim Zittel-Barr), Nicholas Barr, Jillian Frame, Hilary Frame, Richard Stiles (Nidhi), Jessica Mensing (Justin), Lauren Hartis (Scott), Mary-Jo Norwood (Adam), Kristy Barr, Katie Osborne (Cody), Kaylee Barr, Rebecca Tyx (Jon), Laura Miller (Ben), Matthew Flanagan, Kelley Karcz (Michael), John Flanagan (Loren), Richard Flanagan and Aaron Flanagan. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
