He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet K. Socha (Muck); his parents, John Socha and Janina Socha Rybacki (Mikolajczyk); and his brother Cmdr. He is survived by: his sister Adeline Glena (Laverne); his brothers-in-law, Philip (Alma) and Timothy Muck (Elenore); his children, Deborah Estabrook (Chuck Dragoo), Mary Pichey (Paul), Stephen (Marie) and Timothy Socha (Robert Carlson); his grandchildren, Bradley Rosenthal (Leslie) and Stephanie Cooper (Gary); his great grandchildren, Meadow Rosenthal, Cole and Knox Cooper; and his sister Veronica Hallissey (late Joseph). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
