He is survived by: his girlfriend Sally Lusk; his sons, Michael Ugorek (Patricia) and Brian Ugorek (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Anne and Samuel Ugorek. He is also survived by grandcats, granddogs, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
