We bid farewell to Shirley A. Steier of Albion, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Shirley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Kidney and Ruth Kidney (Barber); her husband Raymond; her son James Steier; and her siblings, Dorothy, Gerald, Elizabeth, Richard and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Steier of Spencerport, David Steier (Donna) of Rochester and Patti Goodwin (Ray); and her sisters, Mary Reabold of Albion, Carol Pritchard (Russell) of Ridgeway and Sandra Fields of Medina. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home - Albion (21 West Ave, Albion, NY 14411). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Mount Albion Cemetery.
