Hoffman; his sisters, Carol Culmo and Virginia Satterlee; his spouse Lysbeth "Betsy" Hoffman; his son David Hoffman (Ingrid) of Middlesex, NY; his brothers, Lee Hoffman (Cheryl) of Lillian, AL, Roy Hoffman (Debbie) of Kenyonville and Paul Hoffman (Candi) of Crystal River, FL; and his grandsons, Shawn Hoffman and Kevin Hoffman (Kimberly). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
