She is survived by: her parents, Michael Horn and Cindy Boryszewski; her son Vincent Brady; her siblings, Dustin Horn of Albion, Dylan Horn of Albion, Joseph Boryszewski (Kathy), Rebecca Tomlin of Hornell and Lynn Horn of Medina; her grandmothers, Arlene Crockett of Albion and Norma Horn of Medina; her close friend Adam Levenson of Kenmore; and her cousin Pamela Jenks of Lyndonville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
