She was predeceased by: her parents, Guglielmo Fava and Antonietta Fava (Minello); her granddaughter Marcy Basior (Mruczek); her husband Donald L. Dean; and her brothers, Gino Fava and Edwin Fava.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Dean Mruczek (Arthur M. D.) of Batavia, Paul Dean of Venice, Florida, Diane Muzychenko of Cleveland, Ohio, Jerry Dean (Carolyn) of Morristown, Tennessee, Denise Melcher (Christopher) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, David Dean (Mayo) of Jacksonville, Florida and Matthew Dean of Jacksonville, Florida; her sister-in-law Anna Fava; and her grandson-in-law Patrick Basior. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
