She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Lewis and Harriet Lewis (Haight); and her siblings, David and Elaine. She is survived by: her children, Diane Leslie, Terry Leslie, Gary Leslie (Muna), Tammie Mullaney (Gregory), Daniel Leslie, William Edwards (Sarah) and Melissa Koopman (Alan); and her sister Dolores. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
