He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his daughter Melinda Manley (James Willis); his grandchildren, Steven Elwen (Meghan), Michael E. Manley, Keith Manley, Melissa Hallifax, Joshua Manley and Jacob Willis; his great grandchildren, Malorie Swan, Matthew Swan Jr., Michael Manley III, Benjamin Manley, Samuel Manley, Autumn McIntire, Zoee McIntire, Kayden Elwen, Grayson Elwen and Dean Joseph Manley; and his siblings, Dorothy "Peggy" Manley, Rebecca Buck (Sal) and Nelson Manley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
New York State requires those in attendance to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and face coverings are mandatory.
