He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Dudwick (Daisy) and Edwin Dudwick; his brother Dale; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Monica, Donna Applebee and Becky Monica.
He is survived by: his friend Richard Monica; his daughter Kathryn Eve-Lyn Monica; his stepchildren, Jeremy Monica of Syracuse, Kami Ann Watkins of Solvay and Randee Elizabeth Szatanek of Solvay; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Tyler and Dominic; his siblings-in-law, Gloria of Baldwinsville, Scott of Baldwinsville, NY, Ken of Baldwinsville, NY and Tom of Florida; and his friend Mark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
