She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Babcock and Lucy Ada Babcock (Smith); her husband Clifford; her daughter Ethel Mae Sands; and her daughter-in-law Catherine Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford Marshall Jr. of Hamlin, Richard Marshall (Mary Ann) of Corfu and Linda Kessel (Stefan J.) of Hamlin; and her brother George Babcock (Marian) of Newfane. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
