She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Gaines and Annabelle Gaines (Johnson); and her sons, Philip and Kevin. She is survived by: her husband Howard; her daughter Michele Powley (Donald); and her siblings, Fred Gaines (Judy), Judy Sweet and Richard Gaines (Jodi). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
