He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clare and Carmen Clare. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Andrew Clare (Kristen), Annlyn Klinetob of Medina, Brenda McCormick (Timothy) of Wolcottsville and Heather Cook (Nelson); and his siblings, Kathleen LaRoche (James), Richard Clare (Nancy) of Akron and Mary Louise Williams (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandson as well as several nieces and nephews.
