He was predeceased by: his father James Smith. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Smith; his daughters, Paris Smith (Austin Narburgh), Alexis, Taylor and Brae'lyn Smith; his sisters, Amanda Smith (Patrick Weis) and Jamie Valadez (Marco); his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Dominic, Sean, Kylee and Antonio; and his great-nephew Xavier.
