Lengvarsky; his children, Jamie Cianciosa (Mike), Kerry Stark (Candi) of Albion and Martin Lengvarsky (Kelly) of Portville; his grandchildren, Anthony, Megan Cianciosa, Tonawanda, Jessica Avery of Albany, Katie Albert (Nolan) of Allegany, Joseph, Christopher, Paige Lengvarsky of Portville and Jessica Johnson of Olean; and his sister Trudy Stark of Olean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
