He is survived by: his son David Miller (Laura); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Klopfenstein (Landon), Nathan and Carsten Miller; his great grandchildren, Kash and Georgia; his sister Jean Hobbs; and his friends, Shirley Smith and Richard Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
