She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Bailey and Minnie Bailey (Schultz); her husband Edward Rouse; her grandson Brian Shawver; and her siblings, Wilson Bailey, Kenneth Prest, Violet Parsels, Elva Parker, Betty Valentine and Dorothy Joy.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Cox (Richard) and Jerry Rouse (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Steve Shawver and Heather Marciszewski (Steve). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
