He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hicks and Neva Hicks (Joslyn); his sister Marcia Pawlaczyk; his brother-in-law Ronald Radzinski; and his great-grandparents, Laura, Thomas and Mary Marsh (Scott).
He is survived by: his family Hicks Hollow Farms; his wife Maralee; his children, Dr. David Hicks (Patti), Rev. Daniel Hicks (Tammie) and Thomas Hicks (Mary DiFilippo); his grandchildren, Matthew Hicks and Amanda Maxim (Micah); his great grandchildren, Carter and Logan; his grandchildren, Emily Hummel (Brad) and Stephen Hicks (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Mason and Everett; his granddaughter Laura Herbert (Nathan); his great grandchild Elle; his grandson Thomas E. Hicks (Jessica); his sister Pauline Radzinski; his brothers-in-law, Charles Juliana (Mary) and Donald Pawlaczyk; and also Stephen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
