He is survived by: his parents, Earl Harter and Helen Harter (Wysocarski); his wife Gloria; his daughters, Buffie Gleason (Ralph) of Holley, Melissa Furness (Bill) of Kent, Cynthia Dale (Mike) of Holley and CarolAnn Harter of Holley; his sister Carole McGrath (Jim) of Rochester; his grandsons, Brian Gleason (Samantha), Billy Furness, Aaron Dale (Kristy) and Dustin Furness; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Amber, Ryder and Carlee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
