He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Thaine and Janice Thaine (Barnum). He is survived by: his siblings, Gene Thaine (Sue), David Thaine (Marilyn), Tom Thaine (Marsha), Anita Nudd (Brad) and Michael Thaine (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Justin Thaine (Vicky), Travis Thaine (Heidi), Adam Thaine (Lindsay), Jessica Swanger (Tyler), Stephanie Thaine, Aaron Thaine (Jeannette), Abigail Thaine and Kyle Thaine. He is also survived by 2 great-nieces, 1 great-nephew and several cousins.
