He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen and Doris Allen (Seeley); his siblings, Stuart "Butch" Allen and Lora Burgess (Phil); and his brother-in-law Don Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Stacey Andrews (Jeff) and Jennifer Ashbery (Doug); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Olivia, Mallory and Madalyn; his siblings, Judy Manley, Lynn Seward (Bill) and Albert Allen (Joyce); and his sister-in-law Chris Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
