He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Babcock and Gertrude Babcock. He is survived by: his brothers, Carl Jr., Ralph and John; his former spouse Helen S. Babcock; his grandson Matthew Gardner; his children, Jackie Gardner (Mark Dunham) and Gregory L. Babcock (Tammy Nenni); his granddaughters, Sarah Gardner, Elizabeth Gardner and Jordan Babcock (Chris Ray); his stepchildren, Dana (Cheryl), Laurie (Karen Hess) and John Gavenda (Sharon); his stepgrandchildren, Adam Gavenda (Mariellie Morales) and Molly Gavenda (Josh Chmiel); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tristan Gavenda and Eliana Gavenda; and his siblings, Frank Babcock (Mickey), Harold Babcock (Barbara) and Lillian Moore (Lloyd).
