He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Lusk; his siblings, Eunice Pike, Betty Lusk, Bessie Lusk, Stanley Polaski, David Lusk and George Lusk; and his grandson Daniel Lusk.
He is survived by: his wife Iva Lusk; his children, Diana Stafford (David) of Waterport, Patrick Lusk (Diane), Michele Chatfield of Albion and Bryan Lusk (Valerie); his grandchildren, Stephanie Stafford, Lisa Kaczor (Thomas), Corey Lusk, Kobe Pugsley and Skyler Pugsley; his great grandchildren, Micah, Noah and Benjamin; and his sister Patricia Peruzinni of Waterport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
