She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Flanagan and Margaret Flanagan (Houlihan); her husband James; and her sister Jeanne Saporito. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Horn (Amy), Paula Cody (Matthew) and Raymond Horn (Nicole); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Horn, Christina Gottberg, Christopher Horn, Joshua Horn and James Cody; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Quinten, Orion, Eliza and Cole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
