He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kupka and Mary Kupka; and his sons, Dwayne and David. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Debbie Bale (Norman) and Dennis Kupka (Debbie); his daughter-in-law Roxanne Kupka; his grandchildren, Becky, T. J. (Melissa), Eric (Angie Varela), Autumn (Paul Griffin), Kolton, Ashleigh, Noah, Ayden and Addyson; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Grant, Stella, Taz, Sox and Midge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many childhood friends.
