With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David John Kast of Albion, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley and Evelyn Kast (DeNagel). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, John Kast (Cheryl), Laura Kaczmarek (Tom) and Brett Kast (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kennedy Smelski (Kevin), Tyler Kast, Sierra Kast, Logan Kast, Lea Kaczmarek, Brantley Kast and Easton Kast; his great grandchildren, Cove and Capri; his brother Paul Kast; and his uncle Laverne Kast. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans, United Way, or Gaines Carlton Community Church.
