He was predeceased by: his father Anthonio "Carlos" E. Vega. He is survived by: his mother Lydia Vega (Torres) of Albion; his children, Tony E. Vega and Tiffany Rowley-Vega (Colin Papaj) of Holley; his grandson Ezra; his sisters, Janette Padilla of Rochester and Jacklyn Taylor of Lockport; his grandmother Maria Ortiz of Rochester; and his friend Becky Karls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
