He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Hazel (Muntz); his wife Linda; his daughters, Carla Blair (Todd) and Pamela Denson (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Delamarter (Randy Pearl), Melynda Gibbs (Ryan), Paula Hastings, Jacob Carl Delamarter and Braydon Blair; his great grandchildren, Liam Pearl and Avery Pearl; his siblings, Linda Wilkins (Donald) and Kevin Hazel (Dawn); and his uncle Harold Hazel (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
