He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Quackenbush and Edith Quackenbush (Crawford); his former wife Diane Quackenbush; and his siblings, Loren, Raymond, Bob, Gerald Quackenbush, June Braun, Gloria Rosentreter, Joan Penwright and Sarah Quackenbush.
He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Candy Allport of Albion and Chris Quackenbush of Albion; his stepsons, George Snell (Donna) of Lyndonville, Wayne Snell (Kathi) of Albion and Walter Snell (Candy) of Albion; his brother Leslie Quackenbush; and his grandchildren, Dmitry of George, III, Kristin, Lyndsey, Kathryn, John, Jaclyn, Robert, Amanda, Andrew and Walter Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
