He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Laurie Heider (Steve), Jordan Henderer and Brandon Henderer (Tracy); his grandchildren, Brittany (Colby), Nicholas, Kyle, Emma, Aidan, Breona and Jackson; his wife Diane Reid Henderer; and his daughter Kiersten Henderer.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
